Manager, Digital Sales Personalisation – Melbourne CBD (13-month Fixed Term Contract)

In the role of a Manager Personalisation, you will join the Digital Sales team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Develop and deliver the Digital Sales Personalisation strategy, roadmap and growth targets.
- Set the strategic direction and commercial viability of NAB’s personalisation program to drive sales outcomes.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Personal Bank’s Digital Personalisation program across web, app and internal digital channels.
- Prioritise, scope and shape new digital sales personalisation use cases across the Digital Sales portfolio.
- Lead and drive cross‑functional squads to deliver the Digital Sales Personalisation Strategy.
- Build strong relationships across digital, product domains, technology and wider business stakeholders.
- Maintain the integrity of personalisation processes and optimise conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a high‑performing, engaged squad culture.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Advanced experience with Personalisation tools and capabilities, such as Adobe Target, Tealium, Pega
- Extensive experience in digital delivery, customer journey optimisation and conversion through targeting and personalisation
- Strong technology and data literacy, with hands‑on experience using digital experience and performance analytics tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics, Contentsquare or equivalent.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead high performing cross‑functional Agile teams.
- Demonstrated experience delivering measurable outcomes in large, complex organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, optimise journeys and drive conversion.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, finance or a related field (desirable).
