In the role of Head of Customer Analytics you will reporting to the Executive, Customer Analytics that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it. 

Each day you will go above and beyond to: 

  • Develop and execute data and analytics strategy that drives better customer and business outcomes at pace & at scale 

  • Lead multiple teams of diverse skillsets & experience - analytics, reporting, data science, data engineers 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders 

  • Financial accountability of the data & analytics capability, managing to budget allocation while seeking opportunities to optimise performance 

  • Operational and business unit performance reporting 

  • Leadership of team members including hiring, coaching, mentoring, developing and promoting resources 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

  • Proven experience in leading data and analytics strategy 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior level stakeholders  

  • Experience managing delivery of business values via data analytics & reporting solutions within a complex technology ecosystem 

  • Customer-centric, strategic and innovative mindset 

  • Flexible and comfortable working in an agile, fast, and constantly changing environment.  

  • Proven experience in managing and driving high performing teams. 

  • Technical knowledge on data science, data analytics, data engineering, data visualisation and reporting - platforms, tools and methodologies
