We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director – Investment Specialist to join our Private Investments team in Brisbane's CBD. In this role, you’ll support our Business & Private Bankers and ultimately our Wholesale Investor Clients in accessing NAB’s investment and risk management products and services. You’ll maintain strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help maximise returns—all while ensuring alignment with NAB’s corporate principles and stakeholder expectations.

Each day you'll go above and beyond to:
- Support senior management with portfolio performance, cost control, and return targets.
- Maximise product penetration across client portfolios.
- Oversee client contact, service levels, and transaction execution.
- Provide technical advice on fixed income, foreign exchange, listed and unlisted securities, equity derivatives and deal structuring.
- Contribute to team development and professional growth.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience: Background in a major financial institution or investment bank, ideally in markets or a client facing sales position.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial markets, equity and debt products, derivatives and structuring.
- Qualifications: Degree in commerce, banking & finance or similar. MBA highly regarded.
- Capabilities: Advanced selling skills, financial modelling expertise, and ability to deliver strategic solutions..
