As the Business Banking Executive, Regional and Agri, based in the northern region of the Sunshine Coast, you will be joining and leading a team that is nothing short of customer obsessed. Each day you will go above and beyond to run all the business banking channels and take responsibility for driving the P&L.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior leadership Business Banking Executive role for large scale complex organisation with banking and/or financial services.
• Previous experience leading a diverse, customer facing team and driving high performance.
• Proven banking expertise with DCA approval.
• Customer obsession, set the standard for exceptional customer interactions.
• Strong sales and growth expertise.
• P&L management and exceptional business acumen.
