In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Client Management & Execution FGT team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support the structuring of transactions and prepare high‑quality credit submissions, including financial modelling as needed, while providing clear recommendations to senior management and credit.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of corporate loan and financial markets documentation—including letters of offer, syndicated facility agreements and ISDAs.
- Collaborate effectively with Corporate Finance and broader internal stakeholders to support seamless transaction execution and drive improved outcomes for clients and the business.
- Take full ownership of the client portfolio, including oversight of IAR reviews, commitment and facility expiry dates, covenant and trigger monitoring, regulatory and internal reporting, and day‑to‑day account activity.
- Provide guidance and on‑the‑job coaching to Graduates / Analysts / Associates, supporting their skill development and broader understanding of banking processes and products.
- Oversee the ongoing monitoring of client portfolio risk profiles and compliance obligations, ensuring strong portfolio discipline and overall portfolio quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance returns on capital and optimise the use of business resources.
