Manager, Operational Resilience

In the role of Manager Operational Resilience you will join the T&EO Risk & Governance team that’s doubling down on Owning it.  

Each day, you will go above and beyond to: 

  • Maintain enterprise visibility of operational resilience health, including dashboards, critical operations reporting, and escalation of emerging issues or ‘Not Effective’ obligations through governance forums. 

  • Coordinate and oversee core CPS230 governance and compliance activities, ensuring reporting, assurance inputs, and regulatory requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard across the organisation. 

  • Lead cross functional engagement with risk, compliance, internal audit, external audit, and regulatory teams. 

  • Produce and quality assure operational resilience governance materials  

  • Support the uplift of operational resilience capability across the business 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Demonstrated professional experience in Financial Services with a background in risk management, compliance and/or controls. 

  • Prior experience managing compliance against Prudential Regulations in Financial Services 

  • Prior work experience embedding new or uplifted change in cross-divisional teams 

  • Excellent collaboration across a broad range of functions 

  • Outcomes-focused with exceptional attention to detail 

  • Customer-obsessed with a continuous improvement mindset
