In the role of Product Consultant, you will join the C&IB Transformation Domain as part of the Customer and Banker Experience Team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Communicate and deliver on the vision, goals, roadmap and expectations for a best-in-class customer and colleague experience across Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB).
- Represent the voice of the Customer and Colleague when creating and delivering the product roadmap by keeping the voice of the customer front of mind.
- Support business outcomes/ epic backlogs and engage key stakeholders to gather feedback.
- Support the coordination of customer advocacy programs (Inner and Outer Loops) across key stakeholders and the C&IB domain’s.
- Deliver modernisation initiatives for the domain and broader C&IB.
- Partner closely with enterprise and domain teams to automate, digitise, and enable self-service.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Product Consultant role supporting the delivery of the vision and roadmaps for customer and colleague experience.
- Proven experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human centred design techniques.
- Experience in project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle coupled with prior experience in product management.
- Exposure in transformation delivery, particularly building out in-house platforms preferred.
- Experience in supporting small, cross functional and self-managing teams to accomplish outcomes.
- Proven track record in Financial Services, ideally within Institutional Banking preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content.
- Sound analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making expertise.
