Senior Consultant Culture

In the role of Senior Consultant, Culture, 12-month fixed term contract, you will join the People & Culture team that’s doubling down on winning together!  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Support the delivery of NAB’s Group Strategy ambition to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on building a customer obsessed culture.
  • Support the execution of culture initiatives and projects outlined in the P&C Strategy.
  • Lead key projects end-to-end; engaging across multi-discipline teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Contribute to the design of the cultural transformation agenda.
  • Support the delivery of culture initiatives and programs of work, making the connection to broader colleague and customer strategic priorities.
  • Support the design and delivery of culture and risk culture reporting.
  • Contribute to annual culture reporting to NAB Board and other committees.  
  • Consistently seek ways for us to learn and improve on our approach for greater impact.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior People & Culture role preferably within Organisational Development experience.
  • Deep experience in leading organisational development programs of work, ideally within a large complex organisation.
  • Depth of understanding and experience in leading culture shifts within large organisations.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships by working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders across multiple layers of the organisation.
  • A genuine commitment to learning and growth; always seeking better ways and willing to share insights, feedback and ideas in the flow of work.
  • Effective Communication with strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance of multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and/or Psychology preferred.
