As an Officer, you will join the Deal Structuring & Execution Team in Melbourne that’s doubling down on customer obsession.  

About the Role

Invoice Finance Operations team are responsible for servicing and providing operations support across the Invoice Finance product that provides funding to meet customers cashflow needs.

This entry level role you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Invoice Finance Customer requests. Your day-to-day tasks will include processing of invoices, refunds, reconciling customer’s end of month reconciliations as well as inbound and outbound phones calls with our customers.

As a Business Banking Manager Professional Services, you will:

  • Facilitate Invoice Finance transactions relevant to customer requirements, reviewing and monitoring all relevant information
  • Balancing/reconciling customers End of Month ledger to Bank records  
  • Inbound and Outbound calls to our customers, responding to queries
  • Meeting daily service level agreements and KPI’s
  • Assist in delivering customer and process improvement initiatives

 What you’ll bring:

  • Knowledge of product is advantageous i.e., cash flow solution (Invoice Finance)
  • High attention to detail
  • Implement sound decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator to build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills  
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • The role holder is likely to be of tertiary standard of education or of a similar intellectual capability

This role in a full-time opportunity with your working hours Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm. Required to work on state public holidays to support interstate clients.
