Senior Consultant, Product Management – Melbourne or Sydney CBD

In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will join the Core Lending & Sustainable Finance team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Shape and deliver segment strategies that drive sustainable growth, balancing volume, profitability and customer outcomes
- Translate customer insights into meaningful sub‑segment strategies and compelling value propositions
- Lead improvements to business lending products, from idea through to delivery and optimisation
- Partner across the value chain to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve end‑to‑end experiences
- Deep‑dive into how products operate, uncovering complexity and championing practical improvements that add real value
- Act as a trusted product subject matter expert, supporting broader programs and ensuring product impacts are understood and optimised
- Ensure products continue to operate safely, compliantly and in line with core product management obligations
- Proactively manage product risk by strengthening controls, improving quality outcomes and embedding sound risk practices

- Experience leading and implementing change across complex initiatives or environments
- Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how products drive customer and business outcomes
- The ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, manage competing priorities and move at pace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present insights clearly and influence decisions
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted relationships across diverse teams and functions
