In the role of Senior Consultant, Business Analyst, you will join the Technology Markets Team within NAB Assist that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead business analysis activities across front office and technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation
• Partner with traders, sales, and operations teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for systems such as Calypso, MarkitWire, and related platforms
• Support delivery of change initiatives, including system enhancements, regulatory changes, and production support improvements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment across business and technology teams

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial markets, ideally Rates & Credit derivatives
• Solid understanding of front-office workflows (trade capture, pricing, lifecycle events)
• Experience with systems such as Calypso, MarkitWire, or similar trading platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with competing priorities
• Experience working across technology and business teams in Agile or delivery frameworks
