Associate Director, AI CoE L1 DCO

In the role of Associate Director, you will join the AI COE team that’s doubling down on customer obsession

In this Associate Director role, you will:    

  • Support and partner AI CoE team (overall) in risk identification, management and supporting delivered impact of changes to minimise go live issues.
  • Set out in the Enterprise Controls service catalogue and revolve around operational and compliance event management, change risk management, remediation and response and risk profiling.
  • Identification of root causes for issues, assessing materiality and development of appropriate remedial responses.
  • Identify issues with the quality and efficiency of delivery of products and services to our customers and to identify ways to remediate defects or improve processes.
  • You will contribute to results by reducing errors resulting in loss to NAB or clients, and by improving processes for customer servicing and product delivery

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong professional experience required.
  • Experience of Change Risk Process, Risk Profiling and Obligations Management
  • Experience in technical transformation, and/or financial services.
  • Exposure and knowledge of technical infrastructure supporting Banking, including AI adoption, platform and architecture, security and data risks.
  • Alternatively, a background in risk management, process or controls would be desirable.
