Associate Engineer (Operations Support)

In the role of a Associate Engineer (Operations Support) you will join our Data Platform Operations that’s doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Review changes and support during offshore hours.
- Provide Service Nab and IT Change process guidance to DDO and Platform teams.
- Run Data Platforms Change forum.
- Assist with producing metrics and status reports.
- Co-ordinate Incident resolution including high priority Incident tech calls.
- Assign/follow-up Incidents towards resolution
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll have:
- Extensive experience in incident Governance and Co-ordination
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and auditability
- An expert user of Service NOW (IT Service Management Tool ITSM ).
- Must be good with people and able to provide guidance under pressure.
- Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders i.e. Service Delivery, Data and Ops Engineers, Delivery teams and L3 Support
- Must have a base aware of ITiL Framework (IT information Library) that provides the guidelines for IT Change
