Senior Consultant, Diagnostics & Solutions

In this Senior Consultant Diagnostics and Solutions role, you will be joining the Enterprise Simplification team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Be a seasoned expert in lean six sigma, process reengineering, and business improvement.
  • With a focus on customer experience and business performance, lead diagnostics to solve complex enterprise-wide business problems and recommend how we simplify our end-to-end processes and propositions for our must win battles and technology modernisation.
  • Baseline and analyse current state, identify inefficiencies, customer experience opportunities and reimagine the future state.
  • Design, test and simulate future‑state solutions, assessing impacts, benefits and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader in diagnostics and solution design, contributing to standards, methods, and continuous improvement of enterprise capabilities.
  • Engage, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear recommendations and actionable outcomes.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with process mining experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large scale enterprise problems and you have a history of tangible benefit outcomes.
  • A passion for using data to make the problem clear. You will have a distinct skill at synthesising complex information, so it makes sense to stakeholders.
  • Strong cognitive skills, great with numbers, and have strong business acumen. 
  • You will have great influencing skills, resilience, and you are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Financial services, service industries, or consulting experience preferred.
