Director, Diversified Corporates, Specialised Finance Credit

As Director Credit, you will join the Diversified Corporates, Specialised Finance Credit team that’s doubling down on delivering timely and prudent credit decisions, helping customers achieving their goals.   

 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

  • Review customer requests and transaction structures including terms & conditions, security, products and limits to ensure we are providing the right products to the right customers for the right purpose. 

  • Provide review and challenge to Line 1 of the presented credit assessment of borrowers in support of the growth strategy of both Corporate & Institutional and Business & Private Business for existing customers and origination of new customers. 

  • Provide advice on transaction structuring, credit appetite, and transaction assessment. 

  • Effective and timely credit decisioning aligned with NAB’s Credit Principles and Risk Appetite. 

  • Manage stakeholder communications. 

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Extensive experience in Banking within the following: Credit Structuring dealing with customer requests, borrowing purpose, complex transaction assessment, loan structuring, financial modelling and credit analysis.   

  • Advanced credit analysis and risk assessment is preferred with credit risk strategy and decisioning large and complex loan structures. 

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.  

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a busy and challenging environment.
