As the Claims Consultant, you will be part of the Worker’s Compensation team that is doubling down on customer obsession.  

 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Play a pivotal role in providing collaborative, strategic and best practice claims management services in accordance with the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) 

  • Work collaboratively with the broader Health and Safety team to minimise the human and financial impact of workplace injuries/illness 

  • End-to-end management of a portfolio of complex claims in accordance with legislative and self-insurance requirements including 

  • We are open to this role being based in Melbourne or Sydney (hybrid) 

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Proven experience in a similar role in Workers Compensation Claims Management in the Comcare scheme 

  • Technical knowledge of the SRC Act, claims management frameworks, systems and processes 

  • Demonstrate empathy, resilience and sound judgement in Claims Management 

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • Understand and apply effective planning, coordination and review methods to drive quality claims management outcomes
