Associate Director, Credit Risk Diversified

As the Associate Director, Credit Risk Diversified you will join the Credit Health & GEC team that’s doubling down on delivering timely and prudent credit decisions, helping customers achieving their goals.   

 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

  • Undertake credit decisioning with a 2nd line credit Delegated Commitment Authority with a focus on more complex lending applications.  

  • Ensuring the bank's policies, risk appetite and responsible lending practices are applied appropriately.  

  • Continual focus on improvement and refinement of policy, process, product and appetite.  

  • Provide constructive suggestions for change/improvement.  

  • Participate in delivery of strategic initiatives assisting with proactive management of day-to-day operations 

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Demonstrated experience in Business Banking and Credit Risk, with previous experience in decisioning business lending transactions within delegated authority highly regarded.  

  • Knowledge of business and economic issues as well as understanding of business operating cycles.  

  • Strong credit expertise and decision-making skills.  

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers/stakeholders.  

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a busy and challenging environment.
