Senior Consultant Delivery Lead

In the role of Senior Consultant Delivery Lead, you will be part of our Data Technology team, doubling down on moving with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:

  • Managing delivery projects in accordance with requirements and approved estimates (time/budget)
  • Leading across levels, ensure their team/s are clear, capable and motivated
  • Maintaining sprint flow by minimising external disturbances, manage risk and remove blockers
  • Maintaining process documentation, induction documentation, and key metrics and reporting
  • Ensuring engineers within the team adhere to development guardrails, including compliance, testing, etc.
  • Managing trusting, inclusive squads, track results, and provide clear follow-up and feedback
  • Ensuring the quality of the code delivered to production meets expectations
  • Supporting solutions built by the GDW team in production and managing level 3 support (within SLAs)
