In this Senior Consultant Process Mining role, you will be joining the Enterprise Simplification team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Deliver process mining and process intelligence diagnostics to identify root causes, inefficiencies and value‑creation opportunities across core enterprise processes.
• Apply advanced analytics, process mining and value stream methods to generate actionable insights that support simplification, productivity and risk reduction.
• Design and simulate future‑state process solutions, assessing impact, benefits and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish and support process mining automated controls and compliance monitoring for ongoing “run‑the‑business” insights and performance tracking.
• Partner with data engineers to define requirements for data transformation needed to support high‑quality process mining outcomes.
• Act as a thought leader in maturing enterprise process intelligence capability, tools, standards and ways of working.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Support capability uplift and change adoption through training, coaching and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

• Process mining delivery experience essential.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and create innovative/pragmatic opportunities to improve.
• Ability to synthesize complex process information clearly for stakeholders.
• Hands on track record facilitating process mining analysis for diagnostics, process efficiency, reengineering, and lean operations.
• Demonstrated capability in facilitating data transformation for process mining.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional problem solving through ambiguity, delivering significant value with strong business acumen.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships across an enterprise to ensure alignment and collaboration.
