In this Head of Business Lending Analytics role, you will join the Digital Data and AI team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead and develop a team of data & analytic professionals to design and develop actionable insights (analytic, data science, data management and/or reporting) that make a positive and demonstrable impact to Business Lending strategy and performance.
• Deliver commercial insights and recommendations that inform product development, customer proposition and risk management strategies.  Support the identification and work with the business on prioritisation of analytics projects that address emerging market trends, customers’ needs and competitive dynamics.
• Lead the design of innovative solutions that drive better customer outcomes, drive growth, increase efficiency and simplify processes through the adoption of new and emerging data and analytic solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between analytics outputs and overall business objectives such as improving customer experiences, lifting Net Promoter Scores and increasing market share.
• Use analytics to enhance the end-to-end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to digitise and improve customer interactions.
• Oversee the integrity and quality of data used in analytics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Extensive experience in applied advanced analytics and decision science success in Financial Services.
• Experience in Business Lending / Business Banking.
• Governance processes and procedures, regulatory risk and compliance management.
• Hands on experience leading technology / data and analytics teams.
