This role is responsibility for driving risk awareness, understanding, reporting and governance to create a centre of excellence for controls and risk for the Group Chief Operating Officer Division.

As the Head of Divisional Controls, you will work across the Group Chief Operating Officer Division.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Manage operational risk and regulatory obligation identification, impact assessment and change across Customer Services, Group Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal and Group Governance

Provide guidance on risk and control items including Subject Matter Expertise for the following: Risks, Obligations, Controls, Events, Change, and related Policies; Remediation action plans to address any control design or operating effectiveness gaps
