In the role of an Analyst, you will join the Fraud Prevention & Detection team that’s doubling down on protecting the community and our customers.  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

  • Analyse fraud and scam data to identify trends, patterns and emerging risks, improving detection performance and loss outcomes.
  • Design, build and test fraud rules, reporting and visual analytics aligned to business priorities.
  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations to support fraud prevention decisions and customer protection.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Contribute to fraud policies, incident resolution and ensure compliance with ethical, audit and regulatory standards.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Experience in fraud and scam prevention and detection, with broader exposure to financial crime and risk considered an advantage.
  • A demonstrated interest in coding and database analysis.
  • Exposure to database analysis, reporting and application programming (including, but not limited to PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Java).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
