In this Portfolio Manager/Delivery Lead role, you will join the Transformation Data team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead engagement for aligned Domain data portfolio and enterprise programs, including E2E delivery oversight for Data Technology delivery, partner with leaders from Architecture, Data Technology and the business to ensure end to end data requirements are met for projects & major programs.
- Advise on and support the development of strategic data roadmaps in partnership with portfolio aligned Domain Product Owners.
- Maintain effective partnership with Data & Analytics teams.
- Deliver clear requirements into delivery teams.
- Work with the leadership team and peers to outline, prioritise and ensure execution of backlog.
- Provides leadership across the Data Technology delivery teams.
- Shaping and estimating work for delivery teams to support successful execution and prioritisation.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience operating effectively and delivering results leading & driving end to end data delivery project outcomes.
- Experience in communicating with and influencing peers and stakeholders.
- Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets.
- Strong understanding of data technologies, data modelling, analytics and business process-based solutions.
- Ability to make tough calls, figuring out ways to deliver business outcome while keeping the strict timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to break down and communicate strategic business priorities to discrete specifications, digestible for delivery teams.
