Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Perform credit analysis and approve/support requests for new or increase facilities up to a higher DCA (Delegated Credit Authority)
  • Adhere to operational, organisational, and regulatory compliance requirements and demonstrating and promoting NAB.
  • Adherence to policy and exercise sound judgement where applicable.
  • Drive a lending volume number (as per performance plan) including at a percentage of business lending as is agreed in scorecard and/or performance goals.
  • Generate strong revenue through lending and non-lending products

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experience At least 2 years sales and/or business lending experience (may include term /mortgage loan or asset-based finance) in the formal Financial Services sector as well as commercial acumen
  • Previous experience dealing with brokers or 3rd parties / intermediaries (preferred)
  • Previous Retail or Business banking experience in working with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering an appropriate solution. (required)
  • Strong record of accomplishment of meeting sales targets in all economic cycles.
  • Experience in working with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions on a need's basis.
