As the Consultant, Delivery Lead KYC, 12 month fixed term contract, you will be part of People & Culture team, that is doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

• Translate business needs, regulatory obligations, and risk requirements into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for delivery across the Know Your Colleague (KYC) program.
• Partner with the Program Manager, Delivery Leads, Risk, P&C, Technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose, compliant, traceable, and aligned to NAB frameworks, policies, and ways of working.
• Ensure the scope, processes, data, controls, and business outcomes are clearly defined, documented, validated, and delivered.
• Support solution design review to ensure alignment to agreed requirements and maintain requirements registers, change logs, and traceability matrices.
• Support testing activities such as user acceptance test (UAT) as well as requirements validation and defect triage.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Business Analyst and/or Delivery role with business unit delivering programs of work that require in-depth knowledge and expertise in a Risk Management and/or Compliance.
• Proven experience in supporting the delivery of large‑scale programs or regulatory initiatives within a large complex organisation in regulated environments.
• Exceptional experience working within Risk, Compliance, and/ or control‑heavy environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in translating regulatory or policy requirements into business and functional requirements.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks and governance and risk management processes
• Experience working with HR, identity, or people‑related data sets
• Strong business analysis skills including experience with process mapping and business process re‑engineering.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills coupled with sound analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven high attention to detail and documentation quality coupled with a continuous improvement mindset.
