Product Consultant - Marketing & Comms - 12 Month FTC

As a Product Consultant - Marketing & Comms, you will
- Develop and manage the delivery of portfolio strategies and initiatives that support key profitability drivers, portfolio and revenue growth or reduction of expenses
- Support and execute relevant partnership and servicing communications to customers, primarily related to product changes, projects, regulatory and scheme mandates . This may include preparing business/vendor briefs, data briefs, seeking approvals, execution and fulfilment
- Work in partnership with Digital Banking and Partner to:
- develop and evolve the online banking platforms and mobile app, driving customer engagement while leveraging the depth of customer loyalty to partner brands
- ensure that online content and notices remain accurate, including liaising with Coles to ensure content updates are made and any regulatory requirements met
- Manage the day to day interaction with Partner and act as liaison between Partner and internal stakeholders to address ad-hoc requests and ensure Partner engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure key stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Digital Banking, Compliance and Delivery) are kept updated on Partner priorities
What you will bring:
- Experience in Product Management/Marketing and Customer engagement within the Financial Services industry
- Good understanding of the cards & payments industry
- Prior experience in managing relationship with external partners
- Strong communication (verbal & written) skills, including understanding of branding and execution of customer communications
