In the role of a Senior Analyst, Engineer, you will join our Tech, Customer Onboarding & Mastering team who are doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Provide senior production support and SRE leadership, guiding and coaching junior production support resources in incident, problem, and release support practices.
- Drive operational automation and tooling improvements for monitoring, alerting, remediation, and reporting to improve service reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Lead and participate in incident and major incident management, providing calm technical leadership, driving recovery actions, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
- Participate in the on-call roster, ensuring timely incident response and coordinated service restoration.
- Support and assure production releases, including readiness checks, release entry artefacts (e.g. PRR, DRA), and post-release and warranty period activities. behaviours across the team.
- Own and drive outcomes from Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs), ensuring corrective actions are implemented and operational processes are improved.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Hands-on background in application development, platform engineering, or production support within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance support, and capability uplift.
- Deep technical domain experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific technologies, platforms, or tools.
- Experience with platform automation and reliability tooling, such as:
- Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- CI/CD and automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub)
