Audit Manager Learning and Development

In the role of Audit Manager, you’ll join NAB’s Internal Audit Learning & Development team that’s focused on winning together, working collaboratively to deliver impactful learning and contribute to the ongoing uplift of capability across the function.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
- Design, deliver, and maintain impactful learning that strengthens the foundational capabilities required across the audit lifecycle including Data Analytics and AI capabilities.
- Upskill and engage the Internal Audit team, including senior management, on core capabilities required to deliver assurance.
- Form effective relationships with technology and business stakeholders to understand what can be leveraged and align with NAB best practices and policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, data analytics, generative AI and internal audit.
- Deliver training through both in-person and digital formats, leveraging a variety of learning mechanisms and platforms to meet diverse learning needs.
- Design, deliver, and maintain impactful learning that strengthens the foundational capabilities required across the audit lifecycle.
What you’ll bring
- Strong understanding of data and AI concepts and the ability to translate them into accessible learning for business users.
- Skilled at designing and delivering both live and digital training, including the leveraging of learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and iterate based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
- Experience developing audit and data literacy L&D programs.
- Prior training and facilitation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Learning & Development, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. Certifications in instructional design, adult learning, or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are highly regarded.
