Each day, as the Senior Manager People Partner, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Play a key role in driving organisational success by delivering the Colleague Strategy within C&IB, partnering with the Leadership Team to embed the strategy and execute critical initiatives.
- Deliver core strategic people programmes and initiatives with excellence.
- Act swiftly to provide expert advice on people solutions, deliver annual cyclical initiatives, and leverage data and insights to prioritise actions that create value for the business.
- Provide strategic people advisory support to senior leaders across key practice areas, including talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance, reward, and engagement
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture Centres of Excellence to ensure the delivery of impactful outcomes for our customers.
We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in a People & Culture Business Partnering role, or in delivering strategic, people-focused initiatives with excellence within a large-scale complex organisation.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with the ability to advise Senior Leaders on people matters by interpreting data and applying rationale.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver within complex organisations and matrix structures.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive engagement and secure endorsement from the C&IB Leadership Team.
- Strong strategic acumen with demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively and influence at Executive level.
- Ability to solve complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative data with proficiency in tools such as Excel and adopting emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Copilot.
