In the role of Head of PB Distribution Channel Analytics you will reporting to the Executive, PB Data & Analytics that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it. 

Each day you will go above and beyond to: 

• Lead and develop a team of data & analytic professionals to design and develop actionable insights that make a positive and demonstrable impact  

• Deliver commercial insights and recommendations that inform product development, customer proposition and risk management strategies.   

• Lead the design of innovative solutions that drive better customer outcomes, drive growth, increase efficiency and simplify processes  

• Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between analytics outputs and overall business objective  

• Use analytics to enhance the end to end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to digitise and improve customer interactions 

• Oversee the integrity and quality of data used in analytics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks 

• Develop team capabilities in advanced analytics, data vis and business partnering to enhance the impact of analytics across the business

• Proven experience in leading data and analytics strategy 

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior level stakeholders  

• Experience managing delivery of business values via data analytics & reporting solutions within a complex technology ecosystem 

• Proven track record of building, motivating and developing data & analytic teams to deliver tangible customer and business results 

• Sophisticated influencing skills and ability to influence and shape outcomes at an executive level 

• Well-developed leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographical locations 

• Customer-centric, strategic and innovative mindset 

• Technical knowledge on data science, data analytics, data engineering, data visualisation and reporting - platforms, tools and methodologies
