In the role of Associate Director, you will join our Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Work in a customer-facing capacity alongside the Originations Team & Relationship Managers to deliver tailored interest rate risk solutions 

• Support structuring and execution of derivatives and complex deals, with exposure across technical and client-led aspects 

• Present solutions and strategies to clients, translating market insights into commercial outcomes aligned to their needs 

• Manage and support a portfolio of structured products, ensuring strong risk management and compliance alignment 

• Collaborate across Coverage, Markets and product partners to deliver seamless end-to-end execution and client experience 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Strong stakeholder and client engagement capability, with confidence presenting and influencing outcomes 

• Experience in banking, ideally in a customer-facing or lending role with exposure to structuring or deal execution 

• Sound understanding (or strong appetite to build) knowledge of financial markets, derivatives and risk management 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate these into tailored solutions 

• A Growth mindset, with strong learning agility and desire to upskill
