In the role of Head of Investigation Services you will report to Executive, Enterprise Fraud Management, who is doubling down on customer obsession and owning it. 

Each day you will go above and beyond to: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the operational roadmap for the Investigation Services team in alignment with the broader Fraud Operations strategy.  

  • Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop a specialized team of investigators to ensure high performance and engagement.  

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders and Group Investigations function as well as industry partners and law enforcement agencies when required  

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify systemic vulnerabilities identified during investigations and influence remediation activities across business units to prevent future occurrences 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

  • Extensive experience leading financial crime or fraud investigation teams 

  • Proven track record of managing high-complexity, fraud portfolios. 

  • Advanced knowledge of lending investigation across various customer segments and products 

  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills  

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial crime regulations and legal frameworks 

  • Understands new and emerging technologies, considers future focused and innovative opportunities to position for long term success.  

  • Continuous improvement mindset  

  • Strong crisis-management and decision-making capabilities.
