Senior Business Analyst - Business Transformation (Corporate & Institutional Banking)

In the role of Senior Business Analyst, you will join our Corporate & Institutional Banking Transformation team that’s doubling down on owning it! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Break down complex business initiatives into clear, actionable tasks and manage the delivery backlog 

  • Elicit, analyse, and articulate business requirements, including regulatory and governance considerations 

  • Lead the creation of high-quality artefacts—business requirements, process maps, workflows, and work instructions 

  • Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to drive alignment and delivery outcomes 

  • Apply strong business domain knowledge to support onboarding processes and navigate complex banking environments 

  • Leverage AI tools (including Cursor) to enhance analysis, documentation, and solution delivery 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services, with a strong business (not purely technical) focus 

  • Demonstrated experience supporting customer onboarding or related processes (highly regarded) 

  • Strong understanding of banking operations and complex regulated environments 

  • Proven ability to define business needs, map processes, document requirements, and produce clear business artefacts 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management capabilities 

  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments 

  • Knowledge of AML/KYC and corporate onboarding processes is advantageous 

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Fenergo or FenX is desirable 

  • Strong AI capability, including practical experience using tools such as Copilot and Cursor to support business analysis activities
