In the role of Delivery Lead, you will report to the Head of Product Ownership and play a critical role in driving alignment, collaboration and delivery across multiple squads and workstreams within the Home Ownership Domain. You’ll ensure teams work cohesively to deliver shared program outcomes in line with scope, timelines and budget expectations.

This is a highly visible role where you will orchestrate complex, cross‑functional delivery across business and technology teams. You’ll drive disciplined execution, maintain strong governance and enable teams to deliver at pace while maintaining quality and transparency.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Provide leadership and orchestration across squads to align delivery to shared program outcomes.
• Coordinate planning, demand management and prioritisation across multiple workstreams.
• Manage dependencies across squads and external teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery frameworks, operating rhythms and methodologies are applied consistently.
• Monitor delivery performance, proactively managing risks, issues and blockers.
• Maintain high‑quality reporting, including governance packs, dashboards and executive updates.
• Drive strong data integrity and reporting across systems such as Rally and Clarity.
• Foster collaboration across business, technology and delivery teams to achieve outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement, including identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and ways of working (including use of AI tools).

What you will bring:

• Strong experience in project, program or delivery leadership within complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑stream programs and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Deep understanding of agile and contemporary delivery practices, particularly in scaled environments.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and uplift team performance.
• Experience working across large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior audiences.
• Experience in banking, financial services or similarly regulated environments (preferred).
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (preferred); Agile or Program Management certifications desirable.
