Branch Manager - Darwin

In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers. 

You’ll make an impact each day by: 

  • Work quickly and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do 

  • Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction 

  • Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities 

  • Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time 

  • Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division 

You’ll bring to this role: 

  • Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential 

  • Customer-centric thinking 

  • Ability to Influence, coach, and work collaboratively your team 

  • A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile 

  • A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately 

  • An appreciation for the inclusion and diversity of our customers and colleagues
