Product Manager - Prevention & Detection , Fraud Transformation

As a Product Manager, Prevention & Detection, Fraud Transformation, you'll own the strategic direction, roadmap and value realisation of NAB's Integrated System of Defence (ISOD).

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Own ISOD roadmap for Prevent, Detect, Disrupt outcomes including real-time fraud/scam decisioning: risk scoring, monitoring, authentication, payment holds/rejects, warnings.
  • Ensuring coverage uplift across channels, products, payment types and customer journeys.
  • SPF/regulatory alignment: controls, evidence, risk appetite and obligations.
  • Cross-functional leadership with Fraud Ops, Digital, Payments, Tech, Analytics, Risk and Intelligence Hub.
  • Communicate product functionality, features and capabilities to internal stakeholders.
  • Review regulatory changes and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
  • Conduct annual product reviews, diagnostics and financial reviews aligned to Products@NAB.
  • Manage third-party supplier and vendor contracts, including SLAs, risk management and renewals (where appropriate)
  • Own event remediation, incident findings, outage resolution and root cause determination.
  • Manage second-line risk and compliance functions associated with reportable events, maintain regulatory compliance and governance frameworks and processes.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll have:

  • Experience and industry knowledge across the relevant product suite.
  • Proven experience in product management.
  • Experience managing operational risk and associated frameworks.
  • Proven record of operating within a regulatory environment, including compliance, obligations and scheme management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build team capability and performance culture

Technical knowledge of:

  • Risk management & compliance, understands the risk landscape, how to manage products within frameworks & obligations (Products@NAB)
  • Commerciality understands product viability and profitability.
  • Data, analytics and intelligence-led decision making and problem solving
  • ISOD platform and fraud/scam decisioning knowledge
  • Fraud, scam and mule risk domain expertise
  • SPF, regulatory obligations and risk appetite understanding
  • Product roadmap, planning and alignment, prioritisation and value management,
  • Operational workflow, controls and incident/remediation knowledge
