Product Owner , Reporting

As the Product Owner, Reporting, you’ll define, prioritise and deliver reporting products that provide actionable insights into fraud and scams performance, operational effectiveness, customer outcomes and risk exposure. You’ll own the reporting roadmap and backlog, ensuring reporting solutions are accurate, timely and aligned to strategic priorities.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop and maintain the Reporting Product roadmap aligned to the Data Product strategy and Fraud & Scams objectives.​
  • Define the vision and target state for reporting, dashboarding and performance management capabilities.​
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, insight generation and self-service analytics.​
  • Ensure reporting products support executive decision-making and strategic planning.​

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll bring :

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Reporting Lead, Senior Business Analyst or Product Manager in a data and reporting environment.​
  • Strong understanding of performance reporting, management information and executive reporting.​
  • Experience managing reporting backlogs and delivering reporting products using Agile methodologies.​
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.​
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into reporting solutions.​
  • Proven record of operating within a regulatory environment, including compliance, obligations and scheme management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build team capability and performance culture.
