As a Senior Consultant, Fraud Data & Insights, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights, develop analytical models, and provide reporting that supports the detection, prevention and management of fraud, scams and financial crime.

In the role of a Senior Data Consultant, you will join the Fraud Prevention & Detection team that’s doubling down on protecting the community and our customers.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Mature and automate fraud, scam and financial crime domain reporting and insights.
- Prepare monthly performance reporting, MOUs, leadership papers and required governance materials.
- Analyse fraud and scam trends, performance drivers, operational impacts and customer outcomes.
- Convert reporting outputs into clear actions, risks, decisions and recommendations for leadership.
- Support regulatory and industry reporting needs by ensuring insights are accurate, timely and aligned to changing obligations
- Partner with analytics, operations
- Technology and delivery teams to source, validate and interpret reporting inputs and drive automation.
- Improve consistency of metrics, definitions, commentary and trend analysis across fraud and scam reporting.
- Maintain strong reporting governance, ensuring data accuracy, evidence, version control and clear owners
