Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cash Runway and Forecasting
  • Insight, Validation and Performance Reporting
  • 5 Year Plan – financial modelling
  • Internal/ External Partner Management
  • Risk Management

Who we are looking for
We seek a highly collaborative and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. You'll translate complex financial information into compelling narratives for stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships across departments to achieve strategic goals and drive organizational success.

You will also have:

  • Advanced Education and Professional Certification: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; (CA or CPA certification is required)
  • Startup Experience and Leadership: Demonstrated experience working in start-up environments, preferably in finance leadership roles, with a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities inherent to start-up businesses; bonus points if you’ve done this in the online education space.
  • Expertise in Digital Finance: Proven track record of leadership in financial roles within digital businesses, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of digital revenue models and their implications for financial strategy and decision-making.
  • Financial Leadership and Expertise: Demonstrated experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Possesses strong business acumen, able to translate financial data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
