Student Services Operations Officers (2 Positions Available)

About the Role 
This is an exciting opportunity to provide pivotal operational support to the Student Services Operations team and support the roll out of Knowledge Centred Service (KCS) and daily support of OneCRM. You will assist in the adoption and implementation of KCS for new teams during onboarding while supporting the needs of important stakeholders.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing day-to-day Knowledge Centred Service (KCS) operations within OneCRM, overseeing list views, and promoting staff best practices.  
  • Facilitating KCS training sessions for new teams, aiding in their onboarding.  
  • Providing OneCRM support for teams when required and actively monitoring teams for system best practices and usage. 
  • Take responsibility for tasks to support the Student Service Operations team, including reporting, workforce management, room bookings and PTV case management.

Who we are looking for 
We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact positively and work cooperatively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.  You will have demonstrated problem solving skills and take a proactive approach. 

You will also have: 

  • Completion of a degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.  
  • High-level computer skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Salesforce user experience desirable. 
  • Demonstrated COO values by acting in the best interest of the University and displaying service excellence by striving to deliver beyond expectations.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
