Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Academic Programs Team to deliver high-quality support for academic program administration, including subject delivery, results processing, and compliance with university policies.
- Collaborating with senior academic and professional staff to develop, implement, and enhance policies, procedures, and course structures, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with Faculty and University goals.
- Providing expert advice and strategic input to Faculty committees, contributing to operational planning, policy development, and accreditation processes to maintain excellence in academic programs.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for people who demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and contributing to excellence in education and student outcomes.
You will also have:
- A tertiary qualification with extensive relevant experience in a management role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience interpreting and applying complex policies, procedures, and regulations to provide high-level advice.
- Proven expertise in managing academic program structures, accreditation processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using student administration systems and data analysis tools to support decision-making and planning.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
