Your next career opportunity
As a Senior Technical Consultant for Citrix Platforms, you will lead operational excellence within Digital Workplace Services at the University of Melbourne. You'll have the opportunity to provide expert support, drive improvements, and mentor team members while working with cutting-edge Citrix technologies. Your role will be crucial in ensuring business continuity and high client satisfaction across the university.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver Expert Citrix Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents related to Citrix platforms, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, contribute to the service delivery roadmap, and develop proactive resolution plans
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to other Client Services staff, enhancing the overall capability of the team
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other Business Services teams and faculty staff to recommend and implement improvement initiatives

You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced Citrix professional with a strong customer service focus, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a dynamic university environment.

You may also:

  • Have advanced experience in Windows operating systems administration and troubleshooting
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Have experience in knowledge management and creating support documentation
  • Hold relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional
