As the Student Recruitment Coordinator for the Faculties of Architecture, Building and Planning (ABP) and Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT), you'll spearhead recruitment strategies. You'll have the opportunity to create and coordinate school outreach programmes, develop innovative recruitment campaigns, and build a network of valuable relationships both locally and internationally. This role offers you the chance to gain further management experience by supporting and motivating the student recruitment team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and coordinate school outreach programmes and recruitment activities aligned with strategic targets for both faculties.
- Lead Event Planning and Execution: Plan and manage complex recruitment events and activities, ensuring seamless processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Support t Effectively motivate, coach and support the Student Recruitment team with close support of the Recruitment Manager
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to innovation in recruitment practices, analyse market trends, and inform product development through market intelligence.

You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of leading innovative recruitment initiatives and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, complex environment.
You may also:
- Have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Possess demonstrated leadership experience in aligning organisational strategies.
- Excel at multi-tasking and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have high-level interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Have experience in student recruitment within a tertiary education context (desirable).
- Have experience in motivating and supporting staff (desirable)
- Be familiar with key University systems like StudentOne and Salesforce (OneCRM) (desirable).
