About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Property Services department is currently seeking a hands-on Gardening Team Leader to join our Northwest Melbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team that maintains our completed landscapes across our client sites. Working across the Northwestern suburbs of Melbourne, you will be responsible for leading the team and providing the overall upkeep and maintenance of landscaped works by mulching, pruning, shaping, weeding and edging as required.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Sunshine, Melbourne

Reporting line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to the team
• Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
• Organize the team, materials & contractors where necessary to achieve results
• Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
• Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To join our team you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have

• Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
• Current driver's license, working with children check preferable & white card
• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
