About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Property Services department is currently an experience Turf & Irrigation Supervisor to join our Open Spaces business in Burswood, Perth WA. Reporting to our Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the onsite implementation of Turf maintenance programs at our client site at the beautiful Burswood Park with stunning views and attractions on the banks of the Swan River right on the city’s doorstep. The role involves project planning, work scheduling, on-site supervision of employees and contractors and auditing the delivery of work on time with quality outcomes in a cost-effective and safe manner.  You will have strong time management skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality service to our existing and future customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning and forecasting
• People management and on-site supervision of employees and contractors
• Driving the operations from the front and managing the park as your own
• Auditing and inspecting the delivery of works as well as equipment and tools

About You

To join our team, you will have demonstrated experience in supervision of grounds maintenance and a strong commitment to Programmed’s values. Ideally, you will want to grow a long-term career with Programmed.

Additionally, you will have:

• Qualifications in Sports Turf Management or Irrigation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems
• Ability to pass police clearance and full medical including D&A
• WHS General Induction for Construction (White Card)
• Any further tickets/trade qualifications such as Pest Management, Traffic Management or Senior First Aid would be advantageous
