The Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment Team are seeking a passionate individual to join our close-knit, specialist internal recruitment function. In this important role, you'll partner with our business leaders across Facility Management, Property Services and Group to meet resourcing needs, ensuring we have the right people to deliver outstanding services to our customers and communities.

What You’ll Do
As a trusted recruitment advisor, you’ll:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
- Manage or support end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting engaging job advertisements to onboarding successful candidates.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor for our hiring managers.
- Design and deliver innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, including procedure updates, training tools, and template development.
- Deliver upskilling initiatives to enhance hiring managers’ recruitment expertise.
