About The Opportunity
Programmed are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our high-performing and motivated technology team in Melbourne. Situated in our state-of-the-art office located in Collins Square in Docklands, this role will be pivotal in supporting our national facility management contracts with our asset management system - Maximo. The position is responsible for engaging with Business Stakeholders to provide technical support to Maximo users and assist with new contract mobilisations for the business.

Key Responsibilities
Support and improve Maximo and Mobility solution.
Proactively make recommendations to modify or enhance existing Maximo features.
Undertake any upgrades to Maximo as required.
Provide training and demonstrations for the business as needed.
About you
To excel in this position, you will have previous experience using Maximo with intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, a passion for providing excellent customer service to our business stakeholders and a drive for process improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Qualification in IT is desirable but not required
Prior experience with Maximo Automation scripts
Previous experience managing, implementing and delivering continuous Maximo improvements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
A team player with a can-do attitude and a collaborative relationship builder
Proven track record of ability to interact with key stakeholders in a highly effective manner
Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
