The Role
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our close-knit team on our South-East Water contract. This dynamic role will see you responsible for varied administration responsibilities with a focus on general administration, reporting, AP/AR and timesheets, where we deliver network maintenance and minor capital project work on behalf of our client.
Nature of the position: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- General administration of the contract
- Reporting
- D365 AP and AR functions
- Month-end processing
- Timesheet processing
- Subcontractors claim processing
- WIP management
- Office management responsibilities such as ordering access passes, uniforms/PPE, stationery and break room consumables
- Ad hoc administration and reporting responsibilities
Skills and Experience
We are seeking an individual with varied administration experience (general administration, AP/AR, reporting, scheduling), ideally with a utilities service provider or in a similar industry. To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role
- ERP system experience, D365 or similar highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite capability (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
