About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Property Services department is currently seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our business as a Landscape Supervisor working predominantly within the South-Eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Based out of our Auburn office, this role is ideal for someone with strong landscape experience and the confidence to manage our on-site team. You will oversee daily operations including audits and quoting for additional work whilst ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality ground projects.

Nature of position: Full Time

Location: Auburn   

Reporting line: Branch Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the horticultural team’s activities to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Communicate and liaise with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
  • Hands-on tools when required on site
  • Ensure our staff and site are following all occupation health and safety processes and procedures

 


About You

To join our team, ideally you will have a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have

  • Experience in supervising open space projects
  • Certificate 3 in Horticulture or similar  
  • Current driver's license
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
  • Execute work that is of a high standard
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
