About The Opportunity

Programmed is looking for a passionate Horticulturalist/Gardener to join our dedicated crew in delivering exceptional services to our valued customers. This is more than just a job, It’s a long-term career opportunity with stability, growth, and plenty of perks.

This is a Full-time position working Monday to Friday, with the option for Overtime hours on the weekend.  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
• Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
• Implement mulching and planting programs.
• Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment.
• Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
• Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

• Certificate II or III in Horticulture (desired but not essential) 
• A Current Driver’s license
• Experience in operating a range of mowers, and small plant equipment
• The ability to execute work to a high standard.
• A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems
